Refund & Cancellation Policy for Entourage Productions

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their booking by contacting us at jacktprice11@gmail.com.
Cancellation terms:
● Cancellations made 6 days before the service date: Eligible for a full refund
● Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date: No refund available.
● No-show clients: No refund issued.
2. Refunds Refunds may be issued for:
● Duplicate purchases
● Poor quality
● Errors caused by our system
● Event cancellations initiated by us
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items The following items/services are non-refundable:
● Digital products
● Completed services
● Custom or personalized items
4. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a service 1 day in advance, based on availability.
